Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support operational excellence and optimize workflows across our product development lifecycle (PDLC). This role focuses on driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between teams such as product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll help ensure projects stay on track, data-driven insights inform decision-making, and product teams are equipped with the tools they need for success.
Responsibilities
Program & Project Support:
- Assist with the execution of product initiatives, supporting both tactical and strategic projects.
- Help implement frameworks that drive operational scalability and standardize product workflows.
- Track project timelines and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Process Optimization:
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve product development workflows.
- Support the continuous improvement of product operations and ensure best practices are followed.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to keep projects aligned.
- Support change management initiatives by helping teams adapt to new tools and processes.
Data-Driven Decision Support:
- Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process PLDC metrics as needed
- Leverage tools like Pendo, Tableau, or JIRA to deliver actionable insights for the product team.
Operational Support:
- Manage day-to-day operations in systems like JIRA, Aha, Confluence, and Pendo.
- Provide administrative support for product lifecycle management tools and help maintain documentation.
Customer Insights & Product Launches:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help inform product strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
Documentation & Best Practices:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, playbooks, and operational guidelines for the product team.
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related role in SaaS/technology.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Aha, Confluence, and Pendo (administrative experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating dashboards and analyzing data using platforms like Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
