Job Summary

We’re seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent Management team, where you’ll partner with business leaders to ensure seamless design, delivery and execution on a full range of Talent initiatives in support of business objectives. As an HRBP, you’ll support the business across the full talent lifecycle (including areas such as Performance Management, Engagement and Workforce Planning). You’ll also help resolve employee relations issues and have a hand in driving new policy and process. Responsibilities
Work as a strategic business partner to our Hyderabad, India organization on all people related opportunities.
· Responsible for building trust-based relationships with the business leaders, people managers, and individual contributors.
· Provide consultative advice and support to managers to address complex issues impacting the business, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people.
· Partner with Talent team to roll out all key people processes (check-ins, compensation reviews, benefits, development programs, HR Operations) while owning these cyclical HR processes for the Technology function including engagement survey, performance management and merit cycle processes.
· Policy Development, Interpretation & Administration including maintaining employee handbook, HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as required, to adhere to new regulations
· Utilize data to drive key insights and decisions around growth, retention, and people initiatives
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal as needed/required
· Support growth via organizational design and planning, building accountability, and structuring ways of working and making decisions.
· Partner with the business to design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning support, change management and team building.
· Act as a key change agent to initiate, facilitate and manage changes through effective planning, communication and coaching
· Partner with Talent Development team to positively impact management development.as well as individual professional development at the staff level.
· Advise people managers to effectively manage employee Leave of Absences, Short-term Disability, FMLA requests and unemployment claims
· Ensure understanding by employees as well as ensuring compliance to policy and legal requirements
· Partner with management to optimize employee engagement levels by analyzing and communicating annual
· Engagement Survey results and recommend actions to support employee retention
· Create and manage Job Description library and job codes.
· Work closely with Total Rewards team to provide guidance, recommendations and support the needs of specific client group related to job evaluation and market pricing, compensation and incentives.
Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in broad-based human resources function with advanced knowledge of Human Resource discipline in tech organizations.
· MBA in Human Resources preferred
· Prior employee relations experience required
· Proven track record of successfully working at all levels of the organization, demonstrating influence and client consulting skills with employees, managers and senior leadership
· Demonstrated ability to understand complex business issues and develop HR initiatives/actions to support broad business strategies
· Operates with a high sense of urgency and initiative; able to proactively anticipate issues while providing viable, alternative solutions to the business • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; skilled in communicating with diverse clients, both 1:1 and in large groups
· Displays courage and confidence when tacking tough coaching situations while maintaining trusting client relationship
· Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
· Prior experience working with Human Resource Information Systems/solution (HRIS) required
· Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
· Strong consulting, business acumen, and analytical skills.
· Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and partnerships at all levels of an organization.
· Excellent leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes which govern policies and practices of hiring compensation and benefits and general employment
· PHR or SPHR designation or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
