Job Summary

iCIMS is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Total Rewards Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our diverse global employee population for tier 1 processes related to global benefits, payroll, and compensation. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and follow up skills as well as an eye for details to ensure accuracy of the systems and processes that support our people. This position will report to the Manager, HR Services Delivery based in Hyderabad. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the processing and reconciliation of benefits invoices monthly, interacting with insurance carriers and brokers to resolve issues as required relating to claims and or bills 
  • Act as Tier 1 support for benefit, payroll, and compensation inquiries from employees  
  • First point of contact for employee claim resolution and/or benefit questions and responds to benefits related support tickets to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution  
  • Handle administrative responsibilities related to benefits support such as tuition reimbursement and lifestyle spending accounts  
  • Process benefit transactions for new hires, terminations, qualifying events and open enrollment into HR systems and vendor portals as required 
  • Ensure HCM’s benefits system is configured, maintained and operating effectively and efficiently 
  • Conduct job evaluations & provide salary range recommendations 
  • Coordinate and support annual compensation review programs with creation of employee compensation statements  
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of communication materials and plan documents 
  • Collaborate with Talent Experience and Corporate Communications teams to design communication strategies that will educate employees on compensation and benefit programs 
  • Support talent team with various reporting requests helping with the coordination of process documentation, policies, and procedures for Total Rewards 
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, retention and compliance of total rewards files in HCM and other total rewards systems, conducting regular audits  
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative support and special projects as needed 
  • Stay abreast of local employment and benefit regulations and ensure programs comply with legal requirements and share that knowledge with team 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a related corporate HR position required 
  • Experience with a global HCM highly desirable but not required 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use professional discretion with sensitive information 
  • Strong results orientation, attention to detail and customer service orientation 
  • A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
