Job Summary
iCIMS is seeking a proactive and passionate Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and team in Hyderabad, India. This role is responsible for executing on our global strategies to attract, assess and engage candidates across multiple talent segments and lines of business. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals in India on full cycle Talent Acquisition delivery in a dynamic Software-as-a-Service Company. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Talent India with a matrix reporting line to the global Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high performing TA team; provide coaching and feedback to promote engagement, growth and retention.
- Communicate and fulfill hiring demand plans within assigned budgets and timeframes.
- Partner directly with the Director, Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent global talent acquisition strategy is delivered through shared processes, metrics and initiatives
- Understand and anticipate local market trends to the region; incorporate insights into sourcing and selection strategies
- Proactively attract and engage diverse talent in hiring, pipeline/talent community building efforts
- Enhance our employer brand in India through effective recruitment marketing strategies
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, meet ups, and on-campus university recruitment to establish and promote a strong employer brand across diverse populations and cultures.
- Communicate, measure and provide feedback on performance goals across the India Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate across the Talent team to ensure programs and initiatives are communicated and successfully implemented
- Conduct business with integrity consistent with iCIMS values, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition team or similar position in a Technology/ SaaS environment with a minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years successfully leading a team.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with key stakeholders- including within and across the Talent organization
- Demonstrated business and analytical acumen, use of talent analytics to drive effectiveness in the recruiting process
- Strong project management/organizational skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies and operational cadence to proactively build candidate pipelines to meet business demand in a cost-effective manner.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Adapts to change, learns quickly, and understands how internal and external factors impact decisions.
- Command of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet recruiting/CRM tools is required.
- Experience using the iCIMS platform is a plus
