Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive product and market strategy for equity solutions that aligns with Allvue's overall strategic objectives and positions the company as a market leader.
  • Commercial Leadership: Collaborate with sales to establish and achieve ARR targets that align existing and new product capabilities to market opportunities.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with the executive and cross-functional senior teams to inform and influence overall business strategy, ensuring alignment between product direction and corporate goals.
  • Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct sophisticated market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, client needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and prioritize a forward-thinking product roadmap, ensuring it meets market demands, client expectations, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients and industry leaders, to gather insights and validate product vision.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes by working closely with engineering, UX, and QA teams.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, drive data-driven decision-making, and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Innovation: Lead continuous innovation efforts within the equity product portfolio, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies.
  • Client Relationships: Act as an executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring their needs are met, fostering strong relationships, and driving client success.
  • Communication: Communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to the executive team, board members, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in an executive or senior leadership role within the financial technology (FinTech) sector.
  • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of equity markets and alternative investments, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical expertise is crucial, including a deep understanding of product management tools and methodologies, along with familiarity with software development practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate complex market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong teamwork ethic with the expectation of working across the organization to build consensus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client success, with a history of delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to embracing new technologies and methodologies.
