Responsibilities

Instructional Design and Training Delivery

  • Design and develop engaging training programs and workshops tailored to various levels of the organization.
  • Deliver engaging enablement and learning programs, including workshops, webinars, ITL, e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Department heads to create relevant and impactful training content.
  • Leverage various learning technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of training, learning and engagement programs, from needs assessment through design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Design evaluation and tracking tools to measure training effectiveness, track participation rates and report on overall program progress.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data analysis.

Employee Engagement

  • Implement strategies to drive participation and engagement in learning and development initiatives.
  • Use engagement tools (Lattice preferred) and techniques to ensure high levels of interaction and employee satisfaction.
  • Perform Trend analysis and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Consult on and support the development of company and department level cation planning
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting available resources and opportunities.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement and other People Experience related surveys.
  • Promote continuous learning and development using innovative engagement strategies.

Tools and Platform Administration

  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) (Docebo preferred) and other technologies to deliver scalable and efficient training solutions.
  • Core Platform Administration functions for LMS (Docebo) including users, course and permissions management.
  • Develop (HTML and CSS) coursework, landing sites, etc in LMS (Docebo)
  • Encourage employee self-service learning where appropriate (Docebo) making development resources easily accessible.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in learning and development to bring innovative solutions to the organization.

Support and Enablement

  • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to enhance their job performance.
  • Work closely with leaders and other stake holders to address specific development needs and consult on individual enablement plans.
  • Support onboarding processes with comprehensive training plans for new hires.
  • Promote continuous learning and development using innovative engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to enhance program offerings when necessary.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate and analyze reports from Lattice and ADP to evaluate program effectiveness and employee progress.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve learning and development initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Assist in reporting for the People Experience Department Board Prep.
  • Regularly report on learning metrics to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Learning and Development or Enablement role, ideally in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable plans.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), Engagement and/or other educational technologies. Docebo (LMS) Lattice (Engagement) and ADP (reporting) experience preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
