Responsibilities

Issue Escalation and Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for key decisions, actions, and client concerns

  • Work with clients and internal teams to resolve critical issues and increase end user product adoption.
  • Work with internal teams (Customer Experience, Product, Delivery, Engineering) to ensure client and internal objectives are being met.
  • Identify areas for improvement within client implementations, product architecture, and process management.
  • Understand development best practices for performance and architecture and engage in code reviews to ensure best practices are utilized among teams.

 

Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients

  • Understand client business needs and use cases for critical items, determine different solution options to improve product adoption and client health, and build and deliver the solution.
  • Function as a subject matter expert for Allvue products, best practice recommendations, and industry knowledge.
  • Facilitate training sessions with client business users and technical teams to help them understand product functionality and best practices to derive the most value from the system.

 

Develop Impactful Solutions

  • Oversee development efforts and provide product expertise to ensure high quality solutions are created and delivered.
  • Be involved in strategic internal initiatives within the Engineering and Product teams.
  • Use proprietary platform tools and SQL to develop new features and address bugs in Front Office products.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the investment lifecycle process for a variety of asset types from inception of the process, analysis, approval, trading (on either the primary or secondary market), and the post close monitoring process.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to support assumptions, create recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Strength in problem solving and issue resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at a time.
  • Self-motivated and can efficiently manage personal queue of work.
  • Collaborative in a team environment and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with SQL Server T-SQL, including writing, debugging, and performance optimization of functions and stored procedures.
  • Experience with .NET software development is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Pipeline management and scripting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Critical listening and feedback solicitation skills
