Zubin Nagpal joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Previously, Zubin was Director of Value Creation within Vista Consulting Group, where he partnered with management teams on transforming the operations of AlertMedia, Aptean, Kibo, Sonatype and Zego (Powered by PayLease).

Prior to Vista, Zubin was Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he served technology, media and telecom clients on various topics, including large-scale turnarounds and operational transformations. Before McKinsey, Zubin was Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at Home Lending Source. Prior to Home Lending Source, Zubin was an Associate at Nine Rivers Capital based in Mumbai.
