Vinay Shah joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Vinay has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Bonterra, Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), Solera, Sonatype and Upserve.

Prior to Vista, Vinay worked at Barclays in the Power and Utilities Investment Banking group, where he advised clients across the utility and renewable energy sectors. These projects primarily included M&A, equity and debt offerings and other strategic advisory initiatives.
