Shannon Bracken joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Shannon has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Finastra, Marketo, Pluralsight and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT). She was also named one of Buyouts’ 10 Standout Women in Private Equity in 2021.

Prior to Vista, Shannon worked at Perella Weinberg Partners in the Restructuring and General M&A group. While at Perella Weinberg, Shannon worked in verticals including gaming, retail, financial services and energy, among others. These projects included debtor and creditor side restructurings, M&A and other strategic advisory initiatives.

Before Perella Weinberg, Shannon worked at CIBC World Markets in capital markets. Prior to CIBC World Markets, Shannon worked at RBC Capital Markets.
