Nick Prickel joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Nick has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as BigMachines, Gainsight, Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), KnowBe4 (NASDAQ: KNBE) and LucidChart. He was also named one of the 12 Dealmakers in Private Equity International’s Future Leaders of Private Equity in 2025, GrowthCap’s Leaders of Growth Investing in 2022 and one of GrowthCap’s 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2021.

From 2015 to 2016, Nick worked directly for the management team at Aptean as Director of Strategic Operations, where he led the sourcing and integration of seven add-on acquisitions.

Prior to Vista, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild in New York.
