Mark Wenden joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is a member of the private equity Endeavor team.

Mark has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Allvue, Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), Finastra and Zapproved.

Prior to Vista, Mark worked at Evercore Partners in Menlo Park in the Technology M&A group. While at Evercore Partners, Mark advised financial sponsors and strategic clients in the software, infrastructure and internet sectors.
