Jamie Ford joined Vista Equity Partners in 2000 and is Co-Head of Vista Equity Partners Perennial, the firm’s permanent capital investment fund, and sits on its Investment Committee.

Jamie also serves as a member of Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s decision-making body for matters affecting Vista’s overall private equity platform, as well as serving as a member of Vista’s Compliance Committee.

Previously, Jamie served as Vista’s Chief Operating Officer and as President of Vista Credit Partners. Jamie currently sits on the boards of Accelya and Ellucian. Jamie was previously a member of the Vista Flagship Fund and its Investment Committee and was actively involved with the firm’s investments in Accero, Aspect Communications, DealerSocket, Misys, P2 Energy Solutions, TIBCO, Turaz, Websense, Ventyx, SER, SourceNet Solutions, SRC Software and The ACTIVE Network.

Prior to Vista, Jamie worked in the M&A group of Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, chemicals, energy and media.

In addition to his work at Vista, Jamie also serves as a board member of SquashDrive and the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco.
