Fei Lucas joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Fei has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as ARCOS, ESO Solutions, TigerConnect and Vena Solutions.

Prior to Vista, Fei was a Vice President at the Riverside Company, where she focused on middle-market buyouts of healthcare software companies. Before Riverside, Fei worked at OMERS Private Equity, where she focused on large-cap buyouts across various industries.
