David Spitz joined Vista Equity Partners in 2023 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Prior to Vista, David was CEO of ChannelAdvisor (formerly NYSE: ECOM), a leading e-commerce network connecting suppliers and channels, which he took public and grew to $175 million in revenue, culminating in a successful sale to CommerceHub. Before ChannelAdvisor, David was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Aurora Funds, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage healthcare and information technology companies. Prior to Aurora Funds, David founded, led and sold two software companies, WindWire and Netsation.
