Aaron Gupta joined Vista in 2014 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Aaron has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Bullhorn, Lone Wolf, PowerSchool (formerly NYSE: PSWC) and Regulatory DataCorp. From 2019 to 2020, Aaron worked directly for the management team at LogicMonitor as Director of Value Engineering, where he helped build out the company’s sales enablement and value-selling capabilities. He was also named one of GrowthCap’s Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors in 2023.

Before Vista, Aaron was a Middle-Market Private Equity Investor at Irving Place Capital, where he advised clients on M&A across various industries. Before Irving Place, Aaron was an M&A Banker at Greenhill & Co.
