Linda Ly joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is responsible for managing the accounting, finance operations and financial reporting related to Vista Equity Partners and the Value Creation Team.

Prior to Vista, Linda was a Manager of Financial Reporting at Franklin Templeton Investments, where she focused on SEC and global reporting. Before Franklin Templeton, Linda was a Manager of Financial Reporting at BRE Properties Inc. Linda started her career at KPMG in the company’s Audit Practice. Linda is also a licensed CPA (inactive).
