Colin Rakita joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and is responsible for the structuring of transactions across all Vista product lines.

Colin is also responsible for tax compliance for the Vista funds, including global information reporting.

Prior to Vista, Colin worked in the New York and San Francisco asset management practices at PwC. While at PwC, Colin worked with private equity, hedge fund, regulated investment companies and business development corporations on tax consulting and compliance projects.
