Christina Lema joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012 and is the firm’s Deputy Chief Legal Officer.

Prior to Vista, Christina worked for several years at Kirkland & Ellis in its San Francisco office. While at Kirkland & Ellis, Christina focused on leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, M&A, equity financings and minority investments. Christina is a member of the State Bar of California and was recognized on the Legal 500’s GC Powerlist: United States in 2019.
