Jake Hodgman joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team.

Jake has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Lone Wolf, Regulatory DataCorp and Zego (Powered by PayLease).

Prior to Vista, Jake was a Principal and founding member of HGGC (formerly Huntsman Gay Global Capital), where he was actively involved in fundraising, sourcing, execution and management of portfolio investments with a particular focus on software and technology-enabled businesses. Before HGGC, Jake was a Senior Associate at Sorenson Capital. Jake began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup.
