John Seni joined Vista Equity Partners in 2014 and is responsible for managing portfolio company financing activities, including buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisition financing and refinancing.

John was previously a Senior Vice President in the Office of the CEO, where he managed firm strategy, operations, investor relations and corporate communication initiatives in support of Vista’s Founder, Chairman and CEO, Robert F. Smith.

Prior to Vista, John was a Director at Barclays, where he helped to build out the firm’s international equity trading capabilities in New York with a primary focus on Europe, Asia and emerging markets. Before Barclays, John worked for over a decade at Goldman Sachs, most recently as an Executive Director in European Equity Trading in London.
