Josh Stabiner joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and leads the firm’s cybersecurity efforts.

Prior to Vista, Josh was Chief Information Security Officer at General Atlantic, where he established and evolved a leading cybersecurity function for the growth equity investor. Before General Atlantic, Josh was Chief Information Security Officer at the multi-asset class hedge fund Pine River Capital Management, as well as its two subsidiaries, REITs Two Harbors Investments and Granite Pointe Mortgage Trust. Prior to CISO, Josh spent 10 years at Ernst & Young, where he led cyber threat management advisory services for financial sector clients focused on threat intelligence, vulnerability identification and remediation, security monitoring and analytics, incident management and security engineering.
