Dan Parant joined Vista Equity Partners in 2024 and is the Global Head of Private Wealth Solutions.

Dan is also the Co-President of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle, and serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to Vista, Dan was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Private Wealth at KKR, where he started the firm’s private wealth business in 2012. At KKR, Dan led a team of over 50 executives focused on delivering private market solutions to financial advisors across wirehouses, private banks, RIAs and independent broker-dealers in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Before KKR, Dan was a Vice President and Head of Alternatives Business Development for Intermediary Distribution at Neuberger Berman and a member of the Absolute Return Strategies business at Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Dan was an Associate in the Capital Markets Consulting group at Thomson Financial. Dan started his career working in Major League Baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays.
