Andy Ugarte is the Chief Operating Officer of VistaOne, Vista’s evergreen private equity vehicle.

Andy joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and led product development and strategic analytics initiatives within the Capital & Partner Solutions team, including the design and launch of VistaOne prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to Vista, Andy spent over a decade at Evercore, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Hong Kong Generalist M&A Advisory group. In this role, he advised sponsor and corporate clients on complex cross-border transactions, domestic M&A across Southeast Asia and the U.S. and GP minority stake sales. Earlier in his career, he worked at Macquarie Capital as an Investment and Advisory Professional in the Principal Transactions group in the U.S. and the Infrastructure Advisory group in Canada.
