Chad Martin joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Prior to Vista, Chris was CFO at MeridianLink, where he led the company’s value creation process that culminated in the firm’s successful IPO. Before MeridianLink, Chris was CFO at two former Vista companies: DealerSocket (now part of Solera) and P2 Energy Solutions. Prior to DealerSocket and P2, Chad was CFO for Pacific Pulmonary Services. Chad also spent a decade in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
