Phillip Barber joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team.

Phillip has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, including representative transactions such as Avalara, Cloud Software Group, EAB and Sonatype.

Prior to Vista, Phillip was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America, where he worked in the M&A group, advising technology businesses.
