Soonr provides cloud-based endpoint backup as well as collaboration and file sharing services to businesses in the United States and internationally. Soonr’s flagship solution allows users to securely backup, manage, organize, and share files online within and outside an organization without use of a VPN. The Company’s product is used across a variety of verticals and primarily serves clients through a network of managed service providers, cloud service providers, systems integrators and value-added resellers.


Autotask acquired Soonr in July 2015.


CentraStage is a SaaS solution for the management of endpoints on any connected device, including servers, desktops, laptops, tablets and phones.  Customers in a variety of industries including IT services, healthcare, education and public sector use the CentraStage solution to gain real-time visibility and to monitor and control millions of endpoints managed through any device over any network.
